"Wow! The services provided by Kip and Tamara were exceptional. We recently worked with them selling our home in Cambrian Park and the process was extremely easy with great communication along the way. They were always available to answer any questions we had and seem to have connections with every great person in the business. From the initial contact to the listing of our home, only several days had passed. In those few days, our home was staged beautifully, professional photographs were taken, a beautiful listing was created, and a weekend open house was scheduled. The open house was extremely well attended with excellent feedback. The house was marketed so well in fact, we received multiple offers on our home, all above the list price. We were able to accept a great offer that was 10% above the listing! Kip moved the process along quickly, closely adhering to our timeline, which was imperative in order to move out of state due to a work transfer. Kip handled a few minor hiccups (on the part of the buyer) very calmly and professionally. We closed on time, as promised, and could not be happier with the end result. They provided some much need artwork to the walls and some decor to add to the ambiance. It really gave our place a much-needed makeover. He always kept us updated on any activity via email and over the phone. As our daughter was 8 months old at the time, he respected our provided windows of time when the showing was acceptable and scheduled open houses on the weekend so we didn't have to be gone all day for multiple appointments. He never pressured us to sell for less than what we thought we deserved and provided insight that led to the sale of our property at a higher dollar amount than we thought possible since other units in our complex had sold for less. He helped demystify the entire process which helped us greatly with focusing on what we need in a home rather than worrying about the technical details of the home buying process. Kip helped us evaluate the homes we were visiting giving details about the community, schools, general build quality of the home, estimates of how much it would cost to renovate as per our needs, market trends, etc. He was diligent with the documentation trail he took time to explain all important terms and conditions over phone calls; he too reviewed the home disclosure documents and pointed out any gotchas. He worked with the loan and escrow officers to make sure the loan closed as per the timelines. While Kip advised us a lot on various things, he always gave us the freedom to make the ultimate decision on whether to go for a specific home he did not force on us his opinions nor did he suggest a specific price to make an offer at. From the start, we got excellent service and were really pleased that we'd decided to go with Kip and Tamara. The time that we were preparing the home for the market, and when it was on the market, I was extremely busy at work but Kip really helped make the whole process as easy as possible. Every single time I called him, through the entire process, he picked up his phone so even when I was busy there was no playing phone tag with Kip. Tamara worked to stage the house, helping us get the space looking great so it would get multiple offers. We did get multiple offers and ended up selling our home for over $50,000 more than we'd listed it for, going into contract less than a week after listing. Also, Kip is a broker and has a thorough understanding of what happens between going into a contract and closing the deal. He helped us work around some of the issues our home had, such as a pre-existing non-permitted addition, that could have been an issue when it came to getting appraisals."

Photographers, online, print media, everyone was very professional and did a great job. As a result, the property went on the market (in the Fall, no less) and sold within 5 days!
