Who am I
My name is Kip Barnard, and I’ve been a licensed broker for over 20 years here in Silicon Valley. Besides being a top-selling agent, I’ve also managed an office for the number one brokerage in the country, overseeing billions of dollars in sales.

So, what is Compass Concierge?
It’s a program that covers the upfront cost of preparing your home for sale. We’re talking about updates like painting, flooring, landscaping, and staging, even kitchen or bathroom refreshes.
You don’t pay anything out of pocket. Compass fronts the money, and you pay it back when the home actually sells.
And no, this isn’t some sort of expensive loan. Here in California, it’s a flat $750 fee when you close. If you borrow more than $50,000, there’s a small loan fee, but for most people, it’s just that one simple cost. You don’t need that much money to get most homes ready for the market anyway.
